This may include a child’s name, date of birth, grade level, allergies, emergency contacts, and check-in details.

We do not use or share this information for any purpose outside church ministry operations. Data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff or volunteers. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data directly from children under 13 without parent or guardian involvement.

8. Photography, Video and Audio Recording

We may use photos/videos taken at church events for promotional purposes (print, web, social media). We won’t identify subjects by name without permission. This may include audio recordings captured in public worship environments, interviews, or other recorded church activities, in accordance with posted notices and applicable consent. Individuals who prefer not to be recorded may notify a member of our team or contact us at info@belovedchurch.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests going forward. Use of photos, video, or audio featuring minors is governed by parent or guardian media consent on file and is limited to church-related purpose.
